We operate on a wholesale-to-practitioner model. You purchase products from us at wholesale pricing and invoice your clients separately at a price you choose. This gives you full control over your margins and how products fit into your practice.

Yes. We can ship orders straight to your client or to your practice.
Orders placed before 1pm (AEST) are prepared and dispatched the same business day.
Orders submitted after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are prepared the next business day. If something is urgent, let us know - we’ll always do our best to prioritise.
We accept credit card, bank transfer, and PayID.
Using PayID
PayID and Bank Transfer allows you to place an order without paying immediately, which is helpful if you invoice your client first.
Once payment clears, we dispatch. This gives flexibility without delaying your client’s care.
