SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders processed before 1 pm AEST on business days will be dispatched the same day
  • Orders processed after 1 pm AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
  • Same-day local pickup may be available for orders placed before 1 pm AEST, subject to confirmation
  • Same-day dispatch and pickup availability may vary due to illness, staffing shortages, or unforeseen emergencies — we will contact you if delays occur
  • We offer standard and express shipping options
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are dependent on the total weight of your order
  • Australia Post Express typically delivers within 1–3 business days within Australia (delivery times may vary by location)

Courier Service

  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post using standard or express services as selected at checkout
  • Tracking details will be provided via email for all couriered orders

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard delivery within Australia: 2–7 business days, depending on location
  • Express delivery may be available at checkout for faster service
  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances
  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as courier issues, extreme weather, or public holidays

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of order
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be charged to the purchaser
  • We cannot be held liable for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the practitioner

Partial Orders & Backorders

  • Occasionally, items may be temporarily unavailable
  • We will notify you if any part of your order is on backorder
  • You may choose to wait for the full order to be shipped together or receive available items immediately

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • While we take care to package products securely, we are not responsible for damage caused during transit by the courier
  • If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at dispensaryandco@gmail.com
  • We will work with Australia Post to investigate and may provide replacement or refund as per the Refunds & Returns Policy

Transit Risk & Delays

  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post
  • Risk of loss or delay passes to the courier at the time of dispatch

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

International Shipping

International shipping is available; however, due to the regulatory requirements governing herbal and nutritional products, practitioners must contact Dispensary & Co. prior to placing an international order.

Import laws and restrictions vary between countries, and certain products may be prohibited or subject to regulatory approval. Dispensary & Co. reserves the right to determine whether an order can be fulfilled and shipped to the requested destination.

All international shipping requests must be submitted via email to dispensaryandco@gmail.com, including full order details and delivery location, prior to purchase. Orders placed without prior approval may be cancelled at our discretion.

The practitioner acknowledges and agrees that:

  • They are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable import laws, regulations, and requirements within the destination country.
  • Dispensary & Co. accepts no liability for goods that are delayed, rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by customs or regulatory authorities.
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or associated charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
