Dosage

Adults and children over 5 years:
Take 1 sachet nightly before bed, after brushing and completing other oral hygiene routines.
Pour the fast-melting probiotic powder directly into the mouth, or mix with 5 mL of water to create a mouth rinse. Swish around the mouth for up to 1 minute before swallowing.
Avoid rinsing, drinking, or eating for at least 30 minutes to allow the product to coat oral surfaces.

Warnings

Contains xylitol.
Seek advice from a healthcare practitioner before use during pregnancy or lactation.
Do not use if abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present, or if diarrhoea develops.
Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for longer than:
• 6 hours in infants under 6 months
• 12 hours in children under 3 years
• 24 hours in children aged 3–6 years
• 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years
